  • Why should I come to you when I can go to an express car wash for much cheaper?

    To put simply, we offer a different standard of services than express car-washes.

    Our priority is on you and your car, and NOT to turn over as many client’s as possible in a day. We also offer more in-depth services that focus on the finer details such as products used, equipment used, and dedication to your vehicle.

    However, if a cheaper service suits your budget and needs, then we welcome you to use those services.

  • Do you offer an ongoing service for monthly details?

    We currently offer a year-round package for an up-front payment of $2,500.00 (ordinarily $3,600.00) which includes:

    - 2 decontamination washes (every 6 months)

    - 10 premium washes (every month)

    - 2 interior deep cleans (every 6 months)

  • What is the difference between your basic/premium packages and paint decontamination?

    Our basic and premium washes aim to keep your exterior looking refreshed by maintaining the condition of your paint. It is usually best suited for maintenance washes.

    Exterior maintenance washes will not remove the heavier contaminants such as tar, iron fallout, sap, etc. These things will slowly eat away at your clear coat which is a very thin layer of protection for your cars paint.

    Our paint decontamination aims to completely rejuvenate and breathe new life into your paint when it has been neglected, or suddenly become very dirty with harsh contaminants in a short period of time.

  • Can you tailor a package to suit my car's needs?

    We are more than happy to have a free one-on-one consultation with you, at no extra charge, to ensure that your car is given the treatment it deserves.

  • How much time do I need to cancel a booking?

    Life gets in the way sometimes and we understand that circumstances can suddenly change.

    We encourage that you provide as much notice as possible as we work on a limited time-schedule.

  • Do you offer mobile detailing?

    We don’t offer mobile detailing due to the unpredictability of weather of late and we have no way of ensuring that each of our clients cars receive the fullest attention to detail away from the elements.

  • Why should I wash my car if it's just going to get dirty again?

    Think of your car’s paint like your teeth. Just like our teeth, your car’s paint has a very thin layer of clear coat which is similar in function to your tooth enamel - a protective layer. Over time, our clear coat becomes damaged/clogged and worn away by surface contaminants that dwell for too long. We brush our teeth to keep our teeth healthy, and we encourage the same for looking after your car.

  • Do you currently offer paint correction and paint ceramic coatings?

    We do not currently offer paint corrections and paint ceramic coatings but will update our website once we do.
